I used Changing Places to help my aunt move from her home of 33 years to a retirement home in Burnaby. As you can imagine, this was a very distressing move for her. I couldn't have asked for a more sensitive and caring transition from one location to another. John and his business associate, Jane Dewing, created a safe, appropriate and inviting new residence for my aunt. This was done in an efficient and effective manner. All of Changing Places' services were utilized effectively. These service were planning and coordinating all moving activities and downsizing, as well as emptying Aunt Phylis's home. Having agreed to the scope of work required, we established a timeframe and budget. John completed the work on time and within budget and I am delighted with the results. I have no hestitation in recommending the services of Changing Places and John Verster. I will certainly be calling on them again as the need arises.
